DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE, NOT YET IN EFFECT

This page is a structural placeholder written by the development team. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and does not represent the final terms of this practice. It must be replaced with counsel-reviewed language before launch. Until then, do not rely on anything below.

These terms govern your use of this website and any coaching services purchased through it. The contracting party is [OWNER TO ADD LEGAL ENTITY NAME], in [OWNER TO ADD STATE / JURISDICTION].

Nature of the service

Coaching is an educational and behavior-change service. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or nutrition therapy. See the coaching scope page for the full statement, which forms part of these terms.

No guarantee of results

Outcomes depend on factors outside anyone’s control. No specific health, weight, performance, or wellbeing result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment

Fees are as shown at the time of purchase. Session packages are charged in full at purchase; monthly coaching renews each month until cancelled.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

[OWNER TO APPROVE]— the notice period for rescheduling a session, what happens to a session missed without notice, whether unused sessions in a package expire, and the refund terms for a package stopped partway through.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, or substance use, particularly if you have a diagnosed condition or take prescribed medication.

Confidentiality

What you share is held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of imminent harm to you or someone else.

Ending the relationship

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If Alan believes your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, he will say so and offer a referral.

Limitation of liability

[OWNER TO APPROVE]— liability limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution require counsel review and are jurisdiction specific. Do not publish drafted language here.
