There’s no such thing as a perfect week. So we build a plan that doesn’t need one.

The only plan that lasts is one built for a week that goes sideways—because every week does. This is a partnership, not a test, and every week, easy or hard, gives us something to build on.

How coaching works

Four steps. Every week. Built to bend.

It repeats—so progress never depends on a perfect week. A week that comes apart isn’t a setback; it’s what the next step gets built from.

  1. Understand

We start with what you want and what matters most to you—then the real life it has to fit: your schedule, energy, responsibilities, and what you’ve already tried.

  2. Choose

Together, we choose the one area most likely to make this week feel better. You will not be handed six goals at once.

  3. Practice

We turn that priority into a small, specific experiment—with a clear cue and an easier fallback for demanding days.

  4. Adjust

We use what happened as information, never as a grade. Then we keep what helped and change what did not.

What working together looks like

  • Sessions

We meet by video for 60 minutes. We review what happened, make sense of what the week taught us, and choose what to try next. You leave with one to three clear priorities—not a pile of homework.

  • Between sessions

You will have a daily check-in that takes less than a minute, plus direct message access to me. I respond within one business day.

  • Weekly

A short weekly reflection helps us see what worked, what felt difficult, and what deserves to change before our next session.

Your part in this.

  • Protect the time for our sessions, and reschedule when life genuinely gets in the way.
  • Try the experiment—even if the smaller version is what the day allows.
  • Be open about what happened—especially the weeks that did not go as planned. Those weeks often teach us the most.
  • Tell me when something is not helping. The plan is supposed to change as we learn.

Where coaching helps—and where it doesn’t.

My work is the everyday side of change: behavior change, planning, education, accountability, and your general wellbeing. I don’t diagnose or treat ADHD, insomnia, eating disorders, substance-use disorders, or any other medical or mental-health condition.

When something belongs with a physician, therapist, registered dietitian, sleep specialist, ADHD clinician, or substance-use professional, I’ll tell you honestly and help you find the right kind of support. Knowing where coaching stops is part of doing it well.

Coaching isn’t emergency support. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.
