The short version
This website collects as little as possible. The Wellness Snapshot is scored entirely in your browser and your answers never leave your device. Booking and payment are handled by third parties who have their own privacy policies.
The Wellness Snapshot
Your answers are held in your browser’s memory while you take it and are used only to calculate the scores shown on screen. They are not transmitted to any server, not written to storage, and not included in analytics. Closing or refreshing the tab discards them permanently.
Booking
Booking runs through Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, email, and a short note about what you would like to discuss. That information goes to Cal.com and to Alan. The booking form deliberately does not ask for diagnoses, medications, or medical history, and you should not enter them there.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never sent to or stored by this website. This site receives only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, they record page views without cookies and without cross-site tracking. Assessment answers, booking form contents, free-text responses, and any health information are never included in analytics events.
Your coaching records
What you share in a coaching relationship is held in confidence, subject to legal obligations to report imminent harm. Coaching records are not medical records and this practice is not a HIPAA-covered entity, which means the specific protections of HIPAA do not apply.
Access and deletion
To ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email azizmorumd@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
